Grievance Redressal
We want every problem with Paizy to be fixed quickly and fairly. This page explains how to raise a complaint, what happens next and how long it takes.
How to raise a grievance
Email our Grievance Officer at hello@paizy.in with the subject “Grievance”. Please write from the email address on your Paizy account, or include the mobile number you sign in with, so we can find your account.
To help us resolve it quickly, include:
- what happened, and when;
- the screen, feature or transaction it relates to;
- any screenshots or reference numbers; and
- what you would like us to do.
Never include your password, one-time code (OTP) or full card number. Paizy will never ask for them.
What happens next
- Acknowledgement: we confirm we have received your grievance, usually within two working days.
- Investigation: we look into it and may write to you if we need more details. We may need to confirm your identity before discussing your account.
- Resolution: we resolve your grievance within one month of receiving it, as the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 require, and tell you what we did.
If you are not satisfied
Reply to our response and say why. A senior member of the team will review your grievance again.
For a complaint about your personal data, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India after using our grievance process.
The Paizy Credit Card, Credit Line and UPI payments are not live yet. Before any of them launch, we will add the escalation routes that apply to them to this page.
